Filter by equipment type, capacity, specifications, location, hire dates, duration, quantity, delivery or collection, and wet or dry hire. Wet hire includes an operator. Dry hire is equipment supplied without one.

   One structured hire request

   Capture equipment, capacity, site, dates, operating hours, wet or dry hire, attachments, delivery or collection, operator requirements and any lift planning. Every eligible hire company quotes against the same request.

   Agreement verified first

   Only onboarded hire companies with a current, verified VEYRA Master Framework Agreement acceptance can quote or accept bookings. Supplier-specific conditions do not silently override the framework.

   Comparable, itemised pricing

   Each quote itemises hire, operator, delivery, attachments, insurance, fuel, cleaning, minimum hours, overtime, weekend rates and bonds. Quotes with missing mandatory fields or undisclosed compulsory charges are rejected.

   Blind comparison and booking

   Compare suppliers by bidder number on total cost, confirmed availability, suitability, delivery timing, compliance and verified performance. Approve under your existing delegation limits, then confirm the booking.

   Extensions, off-hire and reconciliation

   Variations follow the framework's variation process with recorded customer approval. Off-hire and collection are tracked, and invoices reconcile against the agreed booking.

Refundable bonds appear separately from hire costs. Cancellation, extension, breakdown, off-hire, damage and late-return conditions are disclosed before booking. Where a cost depends on usage, the calculation method, rate and assumptions are shown upfront — estimated totals are not labelled as fixed prices.

Hire companies complete VEYRA's existing onboarding, then verify execution of the applicable Master Framework Agreement with the agreement version, authorised signatory, acceptance date and supporting evidence recorded. Without a current, verified acceptance a supplier cannot submit hire quotes or accept bookings. VEYRA uses its approved agreement wording and does not generate or invent contractual terms.
