Those criteria are locked before bids open, so nobody can move the goalposts once prices are known. Suppliers submit sealed bids, with technical and commercial envelopes kept separate. Questions are answered anonymously and shared with every bidder, so no one gets an inside track. When the tender closes, bids are compared like for like, by bidder number, not by name. Scores are recorded against the published criteria, and the recommendation moves into delegated approval. The award is countersigned by the people with the authority to approve it, based on the actual award value. Every step is captured in the audit trail. You build a basket of the items you need, and eligible suppliers price the whole basket, line by line. You see a clean, like for like comparison, including stock and lead times, so the cheapest headline price never hides a gap. Household and small business buyers use a simple monthly subscription. No buyer premium, no surprises. It is procurement discipline, made small enough for a kitchen table or a workshop office. Blind Buyer Protection is the heart of VEYRA. During evaluation, supplier identities are hidden. Buyers see bidder numbers, prices and compliance, not logos or names. In blind buying mode, anonymity runs both ways and stays in place. Quality evidence goes into a secure vault, and a retention gate holds back release authorisation until the quality checks are verified. VEYRA never holds or pays the money. Payment stays between buyer and seller. We do not claim bias is impossible. What these controls do is reduce exposure to relationship bias, and leave a clear record that supports a defensible decision. That is what merit looks like in practice.

Plant and Equipment Hire brings the same discipline to hiring machines and vehicles. Every supplier trades under one VEYRA Master Framework Agreement, so the terms are common and the comparison is genuinely apples to apples. Suppliers list their actual units, with documents, availability and rate cards. Quotes are priced in clear schedules: fixed charges, confirmed totals, optional items, bond, and conditional charges, each shown ex GST and inc GST. Take our demonstration example. Unit 102, a Toyota HiLux, on a twenty eight day hire at fifty six dollars a day, with a hundred kilometres a day included. Households and small businesses subscribe monthly. Medium organisations pay a one and a half percent buyer premium on awarded value, large organisations one and a quarter percent, and government and tier one buyers one percent. All pricing is indicative and in Australian dollars. Then you add your organisation details and step straight into your portal, where you can track tenders, quotes and approvals yourself, without waiting on anyone.

For suppliers, VEYRA is a fair shot at work. You win on price, quality and compliance, not on who you know. You register your organisation, qualify for categories, and accept the single VEYRA Master Framework Agreement. Your status dashboard shows exactly what is left before you can trade: compliance documents, team authorities and renewals. Invitations arrive in your portal. You submit sealed bids, ask questions anonymously, and track every tender's status. Sellers pay a flat one and a quarter percent of a winning bid, and nothing to submit a quote.
