That recommendation reflects controlled records and buyer protection, not only the raw search cost.

If you need one comparison every few months, the one-off search is the right choice. A subscription earns its keep from regular buying onward, when the savings summary, higher allowances and governance modules start to matter.

- When do monthly search allowances reset?
- Allowances are proposed to reset on each monthly billing date. Unused searches do not carry over to the next month. This is subject to confirmation before launch.
- How are extra searches charged?
- Every search beyond your plan's monthly allowance costs $4.99 ex GST, the same as a one-off search. Without a plan, each search is $4.99 ex GST.
- Which governance benefits does each plan include?
- Essentials and Small business can add the Live KPI tracker or audit tool for $9.99 each per month ex GST, or both for $14.99. Small business includes Blind Buyer Protection. Medium, Large and Tier 1/Government automatically include KPI and audit under their buyer premiums.

Tender procurement and supplier comparison pricing
Straight answers about when a search, a subscription or a buyer premium applies.
- How is VEYRA’s buyer premium calculated?
- For Medium, Large, Tier 1 and Government buyers, the proposed buyer premium is calculated on the awarded order value excluding GST: 1.5%, 1.25% and 1% respectively. It is not calculated on the original budget estimate. Terms and tax treatment are confirmed in an agreement.
- Do we pay a buyer premium just to compare suppliers?
- No buyer premium is charged simply for comparing quotes. The proposed premium applies when an eligible larger buyer awards a purchase. VEYRA invoices its fee separately and does not handle the purchase payment.
- What does tender procurement cost for a household or small business?
- Households and smaller businesses use the listed search or subscription options rather than the percentage buyer premium. A one-off search starts at $4.99 ex GST, with Essentials and Small Business monthly options shown above. Pricing is indicative and subject to confirmation.
- Does a supplier pay to submit a comparison quote?
- A supplier can register and submit a quote without a submission fee. The proposed seller fee is 1.25% of a winning bid’s value excluding GST, invoiced separately; the quoted price shown to the buyer is not changed by that fee.
- Can I record a tender award from the pricing page?
- You can select a tender here if you are signed in to a buyer organisation. The award itself must be reviewed and recorded in your private buyer workspace after the required evaluation and independent approval steps; a public visitor cannot submit an award.

What suppliers pay
Sellers pay nothing to register or to submit a quote. When a bid wins, the seller pays a flat fee of the winning bid value, ex GST. The fee is disclosed on every quote before submission and invoiced separately; your quoted price reaches the buyer unchanged.
