A new tab in the KPI Command Centre, fed by supplier onboarding and purchasing records — so social-procurement and evidence reporting comes from what was actually bought.

Pilot capability, tested with labelled demonstration data only. Working in pilot: supplier declarations and evidence upload, VEYRA staff review with reviewer and date recorded, tender requirements that lock at issue, the buyer dashboard and filtered CSV export. Not yet available: invoiced or paid spend, local-spend definitions, emissions calculation, automatic evidence expiry reminders and any statutory report or ESG score. No customer is using it in production.

What it reports

Only what VEYRA can substantiate

Social procurement spend

Indigenous and small-business value with the basis for each supplier's status, kept as committed order value until invoices are recorded.

Supplier evidence coverage

Current, missing, expired and awaiting-review evidence, each showing source, period and whether it is self-declared, reviewed or independently verified.

Governance and environment

Approvals and exceptions with supporting records, and which purchases carry usable environmental information.

Tender requirements, locked at issue

Buyers set Indigenous and small-business targets, required evidence, minimum evidence status and a weighting of up to 30% while a tender is a draft. They lock automatically once it is issued.

Filtered evidence reports

Filter issued orders by social basis and evidence status, follow links to the order, tender and audit record, and export to CSV — without naming suppliers.

Blind evaluation is preserved: buyers see totals and identity-safe information only, and ESG criteria that affect selection are fixed before quotes are invited.
