Contents
What the record contains
- The requirement as published, with every version and the reason for each change.
- Which permitted suppliers it was released to, and when each viewed it.
- Every submission and revision, with timestamps and the conditions stated.
- Clarifications issued, and the window in which they were open.
- Conformance assessments and the reason recorded for any exclusion.
- The comparison used to form the recommendation.
- Approvals against the delegation matrix, including approver commentary.
- The identity reveal event, the authorising role and the time.
- The award decision, the price and the notification history.
- Supplier performance recorded against the resulting order.
Append-only by design
Audit events cannot be edited or deleted by any user account, including administrators. A correction is recorded as a further event, so the original entry and the correction both remain visible.
Attributed and time-stamped
Every event carries the acting person, their role at the time, the organisation, the affected record and the moment it occurred.
Scoped to your organisation
Audit records are separated by organisation at the database level. One buyer cannot read another's evidence, and suppliers see only the events that relate to their own participation.
